I decided to cancel Gregory Hatfield’s video order and gave him a full refund after receiving a rude email & a frantic Facebook message. He responded by calling me an ethnic slur and left a series of bitter Facebook messages from various accounts.  If you’re going to spend time leaving pissy messages on my blog and Facebook page and my email inbox, then I’m going to put you on blast. I have a right to refuse to a sell.
